As Americans for International Aid and Adoption, the organization is a licensed non-profit agency providing social work services to families in all states of the United States. Children are presently being adopted from Korea, India, Russia, China and Vietnam.

Escort Services
Many of our programs are made possible through the generous volunteerism of airline employees and their families. Airline employees who fly free on their own airlines use their vacation time to provide escort services to children in the process of adoption, and they courier supplies for children and medical equipment overseas that would otherwise be very costly to ship. Our invaluable volunteers also escort emergency shipments of medical supplies to crisis areas abroad whenever the need arises.

Adoption and Sponsorships
One Child At A Time is committed to alleviating the global crisis of children in need. For children without families, we offer Child Placement Services. And we offer Sponsorships of Amerasian children and medically fragile children overseas. We encourage you to contact us if you are interested in adoption or in sponsoring a child.

Domestic Programs
One Child At A Time also helps children in America by donating children's supplies and equipment to battered women's shelters and teen crisis centers. Playground equipment, toys, clothes, hair accoutrements and beauty items are always welcome as donations.
