This weekend was a devastating one in Omaha. Investigators are calling it a “very violent and deadly weekend.” At least four people were shot and two men died yesterday. Witnesses say he was shot as many as eight times. The other man was thirty eight year old Larcell Starks, who was shot and killed an hour and forty minutes after Gaines.
