One quiet night in 1988 a dream was born. Breaking the silence, it was a loud and powerful birth. An engine rumbled, shots rang out through open car windows, screams pierced the night and tires squealed, leaving a peaceful neighborhood in shambles and tears. What good can come of something like this? The dream. A normal citizen, chiropractor Dr. Ignatius Piazza, was hit that night. Not by bullets, but by a scary realization. He knew how to use a gun quite well. But when it came down to it, he did not have the skills he needed to protect his neighborhood nor his loved ones during this surprise attack. Bringing silver to this black time, he vowed to change that. Almost immediately he began a new gun training program, but he found it difficult to find the gun training courses that he felt he needed to truly secure himself the comfort of skill at arms. Ignatius Piazza knew that if he was looking for these courses, chances are, other people were, too. Another vow. He would make their searches successful. Thus, the idea of Front Sight Firearms Training Institute came into view. So his training intensified.
Years of constant gun training occupied Ignatius Piazza until he had achieved a great honor – he was awarded a Four Weapons Combat Master Certificate. His dream was starting to become a reality. Shortly after, in April of 1996, Ignatius Piazza unveiled Front Sight to a small group of ten students. There, he offered amazing gun training to his students, teaching them gun safety, how to use a gun quickly and effectively, perfect shooting techniques and much more. Impressed by the caliber of training Ignatius Piazza offered, his students told their friends. Word of Front Sight spread, and the classes grew.
