Are you ready to be a part of history?
If you are a gun enthusiast, a Second Amendment supporter, or just want to keep your rights, you need to read this. Hundreds of thousands of Americans are being faced with a risk – the risk of losing our Second Amendment Rights. On April 19, 2010, the Second Amendment March on Washington, DC will take place. Here, a plethora of passionate citizens will take a stand for what they believe in. They will make their statements heard that WE WILL NOT BE STRIPPED OF OUR RIGHTS. We will not put shame to our Founding Fathers and throw away what they worked so hard to obtain. Scratch that. They did not just “work hard” to secure us those rights. They fought. They screamed. Many died. Wives and children laid their beloved husbands and fathers to eternal rest so WE could have freedom and rights. And now we are faced with the risk of just nonchalantly changing those freedoms and rights? I am sure you can imagine the types of words that I, along with many Americans, would like to say to that. They are not pretty. They are full of rage. They are full of sadness. They are full of the blood that our ancestors shed.
April 19 marks the day. But what if you can’t get to Washington, DC? You can still make your voice be heard. Dr. Ignatius Piazza of Front Sight Firearms Training Institute has a plan and he wants YOU to be a part of it. But first, let it be said that this is not about gun training. This is not about Front Sight. This is not just about Ignatius Piazza. It is about you. It is about me. It is about being an American and being a rock that will not be moved. It is about Ignatius Piazza’s quest to help us keep our rights. It is about freedom.
So what do you do? Visit Ignatius Piazza’s blog at http://www.ignatius-piazza-front-sight.com/2010/03/15/front-sights-100th-monday-blog-lets-do-something-big/ and find the picture of a yellow flag with the words, “DON’T TREAD ON ME” on it. Print five copies. You are going to mail four copies of this powerful message from Benjamin Franklin, himself, and keep one copy. The four copies go to:
- President Barack Obama
- Your Federal Representative
- One of Your Senators
- Your Other Senator
If you do not know who these people are, it is simple to find out. Click the link on Ignatius Piazza’s blog a few sentences below the yellow flag and follow the easy instructions. Make sure to mail these four flags so that they are postmarked on April 19. The millions of flags that will flood Washington that week will give the message loud and clear. DON’T TREAD ON US. The fifth copy of the flag stays with you for now. On April 20, Ignatius Piazza will instruct us all on what do to with it to claim our rewards. What? Reward? Yes, you read that right. You will reap a generous reward for simply standing up for yourself and your fellow Americans. This is your chance.
I know that I am not going to sit back and let history write itself. I know I am not going to let my fellow Americans write it for me. I know I am not going to just make history. I am going to join millions of strong willed Americans and BE history. What will you do?
