What is your best experience with customer service? Have you ever been to a place that just makes you happy? Where the employees obviously love their jobs, the service is outstanding and you feel better just being a customer? Sadly, there are not many places out there with this kind of service. However, Front Sight Firearms Training Institute is one of those places. Front Sight has the best customer service that I have ever seen in my life… no exaggeration.
Every employee at Front Sight, from the Range Masters to the people that answer the phone when you call to the people that work in the Pro Shop, will greet you with a genuine smile on their faces, not because they have to, but because they WANT to. Before attending Dr. Ignatius Piazza’s gun training courses at Front Sight, I called the school a few times. Each time I called, the person on the phone was so pleasant… more than pleasant. He was definitely educated in the area of gun training because he was able to answer every question that I had quickly and effortlessly. He was skilled at handling frustrations because I was being that annoying, wishy washy customer who did not want to make a decision. I did not know what option was best for me, and he chatted with me, even though I knew he was busy, until we had reached a solution that worked best for me. He stayed with me every step of the way. And when I called back later, the Front Sight guy remembered who I was.
The men and women who give lectures at Front Sight are highly experienced and trained, and it is unmistakable. The words they spoke kept me captivated every second of the day. They made me think… REALLY think… about making decisions about gun use and gun training. By the end of the first hour of the first day of my gun training at Front Sight, I had already felt like I had learned more than I had ever learned before. And they were not jerks about the lectures either, trying to get through them as fast as possible. They answered every single question that was asked, and answered in a way that encouraged and supported the questioning student’s ideas.
Dr. Ignatius Piazza really did a great job when he picked his staff. The hiring process at Front Sight is intense; only the best of the best of the best make it through. While this made me super happy that the employees on the phone, in the Pro Shop and in the lecture hall were incredible, I was ecstatic to see that Ignatius Piazza’s hiring standards were even stricter on the shooting range. The gun training instructors at Front Sight are nearly indescribable. Patient, encouraging, funny and just plain brilliant, these men changed my life. They know everything there is to know about gun training and they want to share it with the world in the most positive way possible. No bad attitudes, no boot camp like feel and no snide remarks. Just pure awesomeness. The employees of Ignatius Piazza at Front Sight are one hundred percent the best.
