Grab your spot in one of Ignatius Piazza’s Front Sight early year gun training courses and you will be so glad that you did.

So what will you learn in one of Ignatius Piazza’s gun training courses at Front Sight? You will learn a number of things, such as gun safety, how to use a gun for self defense in various situations, how to clear a home invasion, how to handle multiple attackers, how to protect your loved ones, how to shoot in little to no lighting, how to shoot at lightning speed, how to shoot with pinpoint precision, what to expect before using a gun, what to expect after using a gun and how to avoid using a gun in the first place. There is no limit to what you can learn in one gun training course at Front Sight. What you take home is all up to you.

This year is going to be different for you. This year is going to be your best year yet!

The Chronicles of Front Sight: My Experience, The Final Chapter

September 28th, 2011

Front Sight Firearms Training Institute, the awesome gun training school in Pahrump, Nevada (just about an hour outside of Las Vegas) is more than just a gun training school. It is more than just a place where you can learn how to be a great shooter. Front Sight is a place where regular people can go and change their lives. When it comes to gun training and learning how to use a gun for self defense, people do not have to be rich or have tons of experience in shooting to succeed at Front Sight. Heck, they will be perfectly fine with NO TRAINING WHATSOEVER because Front Sight will provide all of the gun training that anyone could need.

Dr. Ignatius Piazza and his team of highly trained gun training instructors teach not only how to use a gun for self defense, but how to avoid using a gun in the first place. They train students to adequately defend themselves without the use of a weapon, only using a gun as an absolute necessity. Students of Front Sight will also be mentally prepared for the effects of using a gun: physically and mentally. At Front Sight, I learned what it means to be in the Combat Mindset. I learned how to decide what my limits are and what to do before and after reaching them. Ignatius Piazza and the Front Sight instructors taught me taught me that my life will change if I need to use a gun for self defense, what to expect and how to handle each situation. Their guidance goes way beyond that of a normal gun training school. Front Sight doesn’t just teach you about shooting. Front Sight teaches you about life.

I learned the Color Code of Mental Awareness from Ignatius Piazza’s gun training program. I learned how to be aware… always… no matter where I am or what I am doing. Being fully aware of your surroundings will protect you because you will be more able to know when a threat is going to occur. Now, when I walk to my car or down the street, I know how to be aware of what is going on around me, such as where people are standing in the parking lot and what they are doing. Being attacked by someone you see coming is a lot different than being attacked when you have no idea what is going on. The more aware you are, the more reaction time you have. The more reaction time you have, the greater your chance of escape. Front Sight teaches you that true self defense goes beyond the barrel of a gun.

Most of all, though, was what happened to my confidence level during my stay at Front Sight. Learning that I can protect myself (and learning that I can protect myself from someone more than twice my size), learning a skill that can save lives (and it’s a skill that is pretty awesome at the same time), and learning that I don’t have to live my life scared or in a paranoid manner… these things all raised my confidence level in myself as a person. I know I no longer have to be afraid of walking to my car at night or living alone. I know that I will be able to protect my kids when I have a family. I know that no one can have power over me that I cannot overcome… Front Sight doesn’t just offer great gun training. Front Sight offered me a better life. And I took it. What about you?

Safe Shooting: Front Sight

May 23rd, 2011

I sat in a room with a few hundred other people. Everyone in the room had a gun on his or her hip. And I have never felt safer.

Think about it. Who, in their right mind, would attack anyone in that room? Now, imagine an entire city like that. Dr. Ignatius Piazza, founder and director of the gun training school, Front Sight Firearms Training Institute, has a dream to one day have an entire town where everyone practices their Second Amendment rights, owns a gun and is highly trained in how to use a gun for self defense. In his eyes, and in the eyes of hundreds of thousands of people all across the nation, this would be the safest town in the world. I am one of those people.

The Second Amendment was created to increase our safety. A gun can be a wonderful tool of self defense and can protect us from home invasions, carjackings, rape, robberies and many other attacks that are not any fun to think about. However, a gun can be dangerous if you do not know how to use it safely. This is why Ignatius Piazza offers the world’s greatest and most thorough gun training that money can buy. His gun training courses at Front Sight can help you learn how to use a gun for self defense, no matter how much or how little gun training you have had in the past.

For those people with little to no gun training, Ignatius Piazza wants to show you the right way to use a gun from the very first time you pick it up. This group of people has a special advantage, because they do not have any bad habits to break and can learn correctly right from the start. Ignatius Piazza and the gun training instructors at Front Sight make learning easy, so you do not get overwhelmed or frustrated. They will help you and be with you every step of the way, so you are comfortable until you are completely confident in your gun training and your shooting skills. This is where I was when I first attended one of Ignatius Piazza’s gun training courses at Front Sight and I left, four days later, feeling like I have been shooting my entire life. I learned quickly, safely and seemingly effortlessly and am now actually a pretty good shot.

If you have years of gun training under your belt, Ignatius Piazza would like to help you hone your shooting skills and perfect your technique. Did you know that there are things that about ninety five to ninety nine percent of the gun owning population do while shooting that can cause their shots to be less accurate? The worst part is, is that most of these people do not even know that some of these habits exist. Ignatius Piazza will help you make sure that you do not fall into this group of people, and that you are in the five to one percent of gun owners that don’t hold these bad habits, making your shooting even more precise than it is now.

Whether you fall into one of these listed categories or somewhere in between, Ignatius Piazza invites you to Front Sight, so you can learn, improve and perfect your safe, self defense shooting skills.

Shoot Right at Night: Night Gun Training at Front Sight

September 30th, 2010

“Her house got broken into… in broad daylight!”

Statements like this usually catch us off guard. We respond with something like, “Seriously? In the middle of the day?” Why? Because the majority of home invasions do not actually happen in the middle of the day. They happen at night, when people are sleeping. When you get woken up out of a dead sleep, is your consciousness at its best? Probably not. When it is dangerously dark in the room, do you have the visibility to see what is going on? Unless you are a cat, or have eaten a ton of carrots throughout your lifetime, chances are you do not.

Four Weapons Combat Master, Dr. Ignatius Piazza of Front Sight Firearms Training Institute is well aware of these facts and has tailored some gun training courses to meet these specific scenarios. Night gun training is available at Front Sight to help people learn how to use a gun for protection and self defense in little to no lighting, when visibility is greatly hindered. Students who have participated in Ignatius Piazza’s night gun training courses have been introduced to new and special techniques and have immensely appreciated all of the information and gun training they have received. Because let’s face it. Shooting a gun when you can’t see well is hard!

In addition to learning how to shoot accurately at night, Front Sight’s night gun training courses will improve students’ daytime shooting skills. But how is that related?

Let’s take an example that many of us are familiar with. A lot of us are involved in some sort of personal health program. Maybe running a mile is hard. So you train yourself by running two miles each time you run. Pretty soon, you are used to running two miles. You try to run a mile and it’s over before you know it. On the other end, it is important to know how to walk before you can right, right?

Ignatius Piazza designed his night gun training courses to be follow ups to Front Sight’s other gun training courses. These gun training courses are a chance to perfect and hone your existing techniques, while learning new and exciting ones to help you further your gun training progress. So don’t worry! Ignatius Piazza won’t put you in a dark room, give you a gun and tell you to shoot the target if you don’t even know how to safely use a gun yet! Front Sight’s night gun training is a perfect continuation for any Front Sight gun training course, whether it be handgun training, shotgun training or rifle training.

Night gun training, like the night gun training offered by Ignatius Piazza at Front Sight, is a crucial aspect to any effective gun training program, because, simply put, more threatening things happen at night. More break ins, more rapes, more carjackings, more attacks. They happen at night, when perpetrators think that their victims will be less aware. Front Sight’s night gun training program helps students override that and make their escape more plausible.

Gun Training With Ignatius Piazza: How to Change Your Future Instead of Wishing You Could Change the Past

September 21st, 2010

How many times have you left an argument and minutes later, or even hours later, have thought, “Man, I should have said THAT!”? How many times have you finished a project and then later thought of how it could have worked better? How many times have you done ANYTHING and then later wished you could go back and change it? This happens to most everyone at one point in time or another. Some people experience this more than they would like. Well, experiencing this one time is more than anyone would like. The comforting thing is that the things we wish we could change from our pasts are quite often not that big of a deal. It doesn’t usually really matter too terribly much because you can fix it by redoing a project, doing it differently next time or offering words and actions of apologies.

However, there are times that you cannot fix things. You can’t go back in time and stop the burglar from taking your wife’s great grandmother’s jewelry. You can’t go back in time and stop the rapist from throwing himself on you. You can’t go back in time to the time and stop the gunman from shooting your child, erasing the blood off of your child’s chest. You can’t go back in time and bring yourself back to life. So what do you do? You prevent these things from happening in the first place.

If you have ever looked at something in hindsight and thought that the situation could have been handled differently, you really ought to keep on reading. The best way to prevent bad situations from affecting your life is through preparation. If you are prepared for a debate, you are less likely to say something incorrect. If you are prepared with a recipe, you are less likely to mess up your special dinner. If you are prepared to protect yourself and your family, you are more likely to be able to do so, rather than later wishing you could have.

The greatest way to get prepared for this is by taking a gun training course at Front Sight Firearms Training Institute from Four Weapons Combat Master, Dr. Ignatius Piazza. In your gun training course at Front Sight, you will learn all you need to know about how to use a gun safely for self defense, how to protect your family and how to protect yourself. Ignatius Piazza’s gun training courses will make you more prepared than you ever thought possible, so in the event that you need to use your gun training skills, you will always be able to deliver.

Front Sight students are more than just a leg up from students of other gun training schools. Ignatius Piazza teaches his students how to be their entire body up, teaching them amazing gun handling skills and techniques that can outshine ninety nine percent of the gun owning population. Ignatius Piazza’s gun training courses will leave you prepared and ready for anything.

No one wants to be left after a vicious attack, thinking, “I wish I could have stopped him,” or, “I wish I could have saved her.” After a gun training course with Ignatius Piazza at Front Sight, you will be able to look at things in hindsight and know you did a good job. You will know that you stopped disaster. You will know that you saved lives.
