How do you create an exceptional gun training school? Just ask Four Weapons Combat Master, Dr. Ignatius Piazza. He knows what it takes to make not only that exceptional gun training school, but the BEST gun training school in the world. He founded Front Sight Firearms Training Institute in April of 1996 and now directs the 550 acre Mecca for gun enthusiasts, self defense advocates and Second Amendment supporters. However, Front Sight is not just a place for people who want to be warriors with weapons; it is a place that gives comfort to people who are wary about touching a gun. Ignatius Piazza has a perfect blend of aspects that make Front Sight what it is today. What are they?
Let’s start with Dr. Ignatius Piazza himself. This man has spent thousands upon thousands upon thousands of hours studying gun training and practicing shooting. He was not satisfied with just being “good” or even being a “great” shooter. He wanted to be the best. So he kept working and kept working until he secured himself the highly desirable but rarely earned Four Weapons Combat Master Certificate. Ignatius Piazza was the second man in the world to achieve this great honor. Keep in mind that there are about six men in the entire world that have reached this level of greatness, and Dr. Ignatius Piazza chose to pass on his knowledge of weapons to you by founding Front Sight. For many Americans, he is just a few hours drive away. For others, a short plane flight. Either way, if you are a law abiding citizen of North America, you are less than half a day’s travel away from this gun training extraordinaire. And Front Sight is not just available to Americans. People come from all over the world to pick Ignatius Piazza’s incredible mind! You can be one of them!
Next. Ignatius Piazza carefully selects the people he chooses to be Front Sight gun training Instructors. When I say carefully, I do not mean that lightly. Prospective instructors must undergo a Front Sight course that less than ten percent of applicants pass. If they don’t pass, they don’t get the job. If they pass, they move on to the next part of the interview process. Once a Front Sight gun training instructor, the instructor continues his intense training by attending ongoing instructor training courses that include gun training, the newest and best gun training techniques and innovative ideas AND customer service training. This is so Front Sight students can be confident they are receiving not only the best gun training, but the best customer service, because what good is awesome gun training if your instructor is a jerk? Leanne C., a student of Front Sight, exclaimed of the Front Sight instructional staff, “These men were outstanding. Having been in education for 20 years and a school vice-principal for 7 years I can assure you that these men deserve recognition.”
Front Sight curriculum is also part of Ignatius Piazza’s concrete combination. He combines informative (but not boring) lectures, interesting demonstrations and exciting hands on tactical gun training, so that students of Front Sight get to absorb every aspect of gun training. He leaves nothing out, making Front Sight the most complete gun training you can receive. Not only that, but the instructional team brings comfort to those who are apprehensive toward gun use by concentrating largely on gun safety. Front Sight has the best gun training curriculum you can find!
These are just some of the reasons why Front Sight is considered the number one gun training school in the world. The gun training experience at Front Sight is personalized to every student, so you will likely find other reasons to love Front Sight. Check it out today and find out what Front Sight can do for you!

Think back to the last time you went target shooting. How were your shots? Did you hit the bullseye every time or were your shots often low? Research has found that ninety nine percent of the shooting population have an error in their shooting technique that cause bullets to hit below the target instead of dead on. The further away your target is, the more inaccurate your shot will be. Say your daughter is being carried away by a kidnapper. The man takes her ten yards away from you. Within seconds he is twenty five yards away. Seconds later, fifty yards. You shoot. Your bullets hit the ground, several feet short of where you were aiming. Want to learn how to not let this be you? Four Weapons Combat Master, Dr. Ignatius Piazza has studied shooting so in depth and for such an extended period of time that he knows the specific things that make this happen, and he wants to help you rid yourself of these habits so you can hit your target each and every time. Interested Front Sight Firearms Training Institute, the best gun training school in the world, offers world class gun training courses that will have you shooting better than you would ever believe. You WILL hit your targets, no matter how far off the board you currently shoot. You will be able to hit moving targets. You will love the results of Front Sight!
Ignatius Piazza knows that there are three main things that can cause your gun to dip during shooting, causing your bullet to strike low. The self defense gun training courses at Front Sight will show you how to correct these three things and also how to avoid them. Ignatius Piazza will teach you these gun handling techniques and set you up with dry practice. Dry practice is when you shoot an unloaded gun to perfect your technique before adding in the bullets. Huh? Think of it this way. When you are first learning to drive a car, do you head out to the highway before getting the feel of the steering wheel, gas pedal and brake pedal? No – you get the techniques right before you do the real thing so you don’t put other people on the road in danger. Doctors practice on cadavers before performing surgeries on live patients. Even bartenders first learn with colored water instead of real alcohol. Dry practice is all about getting your shooting technique perfect, so that when you load the gun and shoot, your shooting will be as close to perfect as you want. The repetitive action trains your mind and body to work together to get the perfect shot every shot. When you shoot bullets after a round of dry practice, you will see the difference!
You can trust Ignatius Piazza to teach you everything you need to know about shooting, from how to hold your gun to the amount of pressure you put on the trigger. Dry practice will have you shooting more accurately, so that in the times that it really counts, you will not miss your target. There will be no more hitting the ground with bullets, giving your attacker more time to shoot you. Hit your bullseye. Front Sight will show you how!

Do you know who Lily Burk is? Well, do you know who Lily Burk was? She was a seventeen year old who was murdered this past summer.
Then there is Charlie Samuel. He was convicted of petty theft and sent to prison. Since Samuel was not considered a “violent criminal,” he was released under California’s early release of prisoners program and then violated parole a few weeks after. Due to the economy’s budget crisis and California’s new plan to not send parole violators back to prison, Samuel was kept out of custody and sent to drug treatment. He then was released from the drug rehabilitation program on a short term pass. Out of prison and out of drug treatment, Samuel murdered Burk.

When you lack money, you try to save. When you are trying to save money, you typically start by cutting out unnecessary things from your expenses. This is what is going on in the United States. We are lacking money, so states are trying to cut expenses. As a result, for millions of Americans, things are changing. One of those things that is changing is the safety of the general public, because a few of the ‘unnecessary’ expenses are things having to do with prison costs. Prisons are downsizing the number of employees AND the number of inmates. Yes, that means prisons will have fewer guards. It also means prisoners are going to soon be released into your city. Several states are considering this; some have already started the early release of prisoners. The states that are proposing these prison cutbacks are using big numbers, too. Illinois is going to release about one thousand inmates – over the next few weeks – many of which will be concentrated in one specific area, called Cook County. Many people are outraged at this plan, including crime victim advocates, prosecutors and police. The state Department of Corrections Director, Michael Randle, supports the early release program, saying, “This is not just an opportunity to save some money but also to deal with crime more effectively.” However, for people like Dora Larson, whose daughter was raped and murdered by a parolee, this is not a light topic. How does letting inmates out of prison early help ‘deal with crime more effectively’?
There are two sides to this proposal, but the fact remains that the early release of prisoners is happening. No matter what your view is on it, you owe it to yourself and to your family to get self defense training. Front Sight Firearms Training Institute near Las Vegas, Nevada, offers the best self defense training available, by means of gun training and other weapons training for adults and teens. Founder and director of Front Sight, Dr. Ignatius Piazza, supports the idea of protecting yourself and protecting your family through gun training. Gun training is one of the best ways to keep yourself safe against violent crimes. Ignatius Piazza’s gun training at Front Sight far surpasses the gun training courses from the other guys for a number of reasons. The man who killed seven people in a restaurant in Chicago back in 1993, James Degorski, has finally been convicted and sentenced to life in prison. He brutally murdered two of the Chicago restaurant’s owners and five of their employees by shooting them, stabbing them and then stacking them in the walk in refrigerator. The co-defendant in the Degorski murder case, Juan Luna, was convicted of murder two years ago and was also sentenced to life in prison. It seems like we hear about murders every day. Either a new slaying has occurred or people are finally getting convicted for past ones. If a day goes by where we do not have to endure hearing about one more murder, other viscous crimes still plague our newscasts. Rapes, robberies, carjackings, you name it – our news stories are just littered with unfortunate events. When will people realize that until we do something about it, these things will just keep happening? Violent crimes can be prevented! Let’s start taking action! (more…)

Imagine yourself at home, hanging out with your wife. Then, all of a sudden, your doorknob starts to jiggle. You can hear muffled voices on the other side of your door. You hear the sound of low clicking as the knob continues to move. Then you hear it. One loud CLICK and your door swings open. Three masked beings stand in your doorway. They barge in. In their gloved hands, you see a gun. What do you do? Are you ready? Are you safe? Is your wife safe? Take a moment to consider the story. Sound kind of far fetched? Okay, well, consider this.
A couple was murdered last week and as a result, five people have been arrested. Fifty three year old Willem le Roux appeared to have been killed due to multiple head injuries. His wife, fifty year old Julie Roux was killed by a gunshot to her head. In addition, several of their belongings were recovered, meaning the couple was murdered during a robbery. The Roux murder has brought attention, once again, to the fact that home burglaries are on the rise. (more…)

This weekend was a devastating one in Omaha. Investigators are calling it a “very violent and deadly weekend.” At least four people were shot and two men died yesterday. This didn’t happen in one big shooting fiasco; there were a number of shootings throughout the day. The first to die was twenty year old Justin Gaines. Witnesses say he was shot as many as eight times. The other man was thirty eight year old Larcell Starks, who was shot and killed an hour and forty minutes after Gaines. The Omaha shootings are a shock to many people, because the neighborhood and surrounding areas have been known to be peaceful and quiet. It just enforces the fact that you just never know. (more…)
