Dear Dr. Piazza,

On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff of the American Tinnitus Association, please accept our sincere gratitude for your recent donation. Your generous gift allows us to pursue our goals of education, advocacy, research, and support.

At ATA, we make it our daily mission to provide meaningful help to the over 50 million Americans with tinnitus. Through our network of support groups, tinnitus patients can find empathetic individuals with shared concerns and successes. Through our research projects, we fund investigations towards potential tinnitus cures. And with support from loyal members like you, we help to educate the public about the seriousness of this condition.

Dr. Piazza, thank you again. Your loyal support enables us to assure continued public awareness about the seriousness of tinnitus and to fund research projects for a potential cure. I encourage your calls and can be reached at (800) 634-8978, for additional service or questions.

With sincere appreciation,

Cheryl McGinnis, M.B.A.
Executive Director

Dear Dr. Piazza:

On behalf of the Board of Directors staff and volunteers of the American Tinnitus Association, we thank you for your gift to support tinnitus research. Your contribution will help us match our $200,000 research challenge grants. For the third year, two anonymous donors will generously match your contribution dollar for dollar.

ATA’s focus for research funding is two fold: researching for a cure and researching for treatments that will help you manage your tinnitus until a cure is found. The American Tinnitus Association funded $500,000 in new research projects during our last fiscal year - our most ever. Members like you make funding at this level possible.

Please know that ATA depends on charitable gifts from you, our loyal donor, to assist in our mission to silence tinnitus. The following is a list of just a few ways you can continue to demonstrate your support as well as leverage your giving to help make a difference:

· Matching Gift. Your employer may have a corporate matching gift program. We suggest you contact the company’s human resource office.

· Workplace campaign. ATA’s Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) number is 0514. If your corporation offers workplace giving through Community Health Charities, please designate your contribution to ATA.

· Monthly giving. Contribute directly from your checking or savings account or through your credit card for as little as $5 per month.

If you have questions regarding the above gifts contact us toll free at 1-800-634-8978. Thank you for your wonderful vote of confidence, trust in our work, and for your ongoing support. We can not do this without you. Thank you!

With sincere appreciation,

Laura Grimes, CPA
Deputy Executive Director
